Privacy policy

Updated 16 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data is collected through this website, why, and what your rights are. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Who is responsible

Maya Delagrée — NIE [NIE] — Calle Garcilaso de la Vega 14, Gijón (Asturias), Spain. Contact: contact@mayadelagree.com.

What data we collect

  • Contact and booking forms: your name, email address and message, and — for photo shoot requests — company, type of shoot, preferred date and location.
  • Emails you send us directly to contact@mayadelagree.com.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not build profiles.

Why, and on what basis

  • To answer your message or request — based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form.
  • To prepare a quote or a commission you ask for — pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as needed to answer them and follow up the conversation, and for a maximum of two years afterwards unless a working relationship begins. Data related to commissions is kept for the periods required by tax and accounting law.

Who can see it

Only Maya Delagrée. The website and email are hosted by Hostinger, which acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement and stores data within the European Union. Your data is not sold or shared with anyone else, unless required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@mayadelagree.com. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
