LUMIÈRE explores the contrast between the chaos of the human world and the possibility of a shared inner light.
The film begins in the vastness of space, where a mysterious light slowly approaches Earth. As it draws closer, we enter the reality of everyday human life: urban pressure, anxiety, violence, conflict and isolation.
Through a series of fragmented situations, different forms of human tension unfold. A man trapped in traffic becomes increasingly overwhelmed by the chaos surrounding him, while elsewhere people experience fear, aggression and vulnerability.
When he finally returns to the intimacy of his apartment, the external chaos gives way to an internal experience. A white dove appears, marking a subtle shift in perception.
The light then reaches Earth. It moves through streets and individuals, illuminating their hearts.
The meaning of this light remains intentionally open. It can be understood as hope, empathy, humanity, or simply as whatever each viewer connects to it.
